Turtle
The sulcata tortoise is the third largest tortoise in the world after the Galapagos tortoise and the Aldabra giant tortoise, and the only surviving species in the genus Centrochelys. The name sulcata embedded in this tortoise is derived from the Latin for furrow or furrow. This name is inspired by the groove pattern found on the turtle shell. Its main diet is grass which is high in fiber and low in protein.
